How to import a dataset in datagridview of a form into an excel sheet and save it?

hi,

i am trying to save a dataset into an excel sheet.
i have a windows form project with sql server backend. i have a datagridview control on the form which is populated from the sql server database. Now, i need to pull the grid view contents into an excel sheet and then save the excel sheet onto the disk.

plz help me in this, thanks in advance.
