how can i make a insert form for my project?

i make a simple project in c# with access->database

i make forms: one for start
one for menu
one for see the data from access
i need one more for insert new data
the user print in c# - the data goes to
access.

how can i do it


i get combobox in my form, how can i get the collection that i make in c# for this combo box.
