installutil is not working in my system

Hi i am using visual studio 2008 and vista bisuness version when i was trying to install my windows service into my system it is saying install util is not recognised externel and internel command, i have used visual studio command prompt in tools

any help would be great

Can i ask weather you this is the first time you have tried to run your service? One of the most common and **doh!! problems people come accross when trying to boot newly created services, are forgetting to handle
exceptions that may occur.

Remember service's cant use the MessageBox, nor can they call a debugger when something goes wrong.
