Put search index from access database in datagridview combobox

Hi Guys,
I am a beginner in c# .net,
Please don't mind if I ask some silly question,
Please help me out,

I attached one BMP file.

What I am actually looking for that if user give just the value like I002/A003 in ComboBox then the item_name and price will automatically fetch from the database.
then user just enter the quantity and total will just comes automatically in respective column.

How we can do this please help me.
