How to get list of users and their permissions from shared folder?

I am developing application in c#. I added users (except administrator and everyone) and assign permissions to them in shared folder.
I want to get list of all users and their permissions to whom file sharing is allowed.

I tried to get this using Win32 class and system.manageme nt. Also searched on google but not get any specific link.

Plz help me.
