how Validate GridView whether any row is selected or not when click the Submit button

I have a Gridview with AutoGenerateSel ect Button..

is it Possible? if i Click the Save Button without Selecting any one row from Grid, i Should give the Alert message through Javascript validation..

I'm not use the DataKey.
