mime attachment in C#

hi, I am trying to create a web service in VS 2005 using C#.
I want to retrieve an attachment that i can use in the webservice and then send another attachment as a response from the same webservice.

dime is dead so i am using mime only. I was wondering if someone could give me some sample code or link so that i can get some idea of how to make use of mime and C# attachment.
