synchronization of database

I am using SQL server 2005 for Databse and Visual Studio 2008 Windows Form
with c# for my application development.i want to sychronize the client database and server database viceversa.(ie data in the tables),so how can achieve this.

I think any changes that you make to the database will be "written" when the connection is closed.
