Saving HTML file without using save file dialog box

I want to save HTML file that i open in web browser on my hard disk without using save file dialog box. I want to save it as html page through only code and without user interactions.

This sounds like it falls under spyware. Sounds like you want to monitor someone's browsing without them being aware. We don't do spyware here.
