Using iscsidsc.dll in Csharp

About two years ago I posted a question to this site asking for information about how to use iscsidsc.dll in C sharp. It has not been answered. Recently someone else asked me if I had gotten any information on the topic. This gave me the incentive to work on it again and this time I have been able to actually make some working code.
