Serialisation error in the application....

Yes I ran into this as well when designing custom controls... it's very irritating. I looked at the [Serializable] and [NonSerialized] attribute tags and was able to get the error to go away, but sometimes it comes back.

Try googling those and see if they help you. Sorry I can't really provide you a better solution, I don't really understand it fully myself yet.

I think it says:
The type "blah blah" in assembly "blah blah" is not marked as serializable.

Try marking it as serializable.
