bring up "Options" window ...

So I have an application I want to have an Options window. Simple, I know I make another Form, and attach it to the Project. However...

I am not sure how I call it open, and disable access to the main window while the options window is still open. How do I go about doing this?

Use the .ShowDialog() method instead of .Show() on the new Options form
