Gabielmatos: I think you need to be a little more specific and little more verbose about what you are asking. The volunteers here are just guessing as what you want/need/asking.

Did you try following the article that GaryTexmo provided a link to?
I took a look at the system requirements for the PhoneAPI.msi and it doesn't look like it's limited to the compact framework...

The system requirements are:

* Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000; Windows NT; Windows Server 2003; Windows XP
* Visual Studio .NET 2003

If you haven't tried it then you'll never know if it could work for you.
