Image / Video stabilization library to use in C#

A new requirement at work is to come up with a software video stabilization method for our application. We have a camera mounted on a tower and there is some shakiness in the video that is what we would like to reduce.

I am able to view the rtsp stream with VLC and QT. The video will always be streaming.

I found Deshaker which is a video stabilizer for VirtualDub, but I have to find if VirtualDub has an interface for .Net.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Coming very late on that one but... for other people with the same requirement, there is now Jomago Video Stabilizer SDK that can do the video stabilization job for you.
