How can I access a multi-lingual usercontrol?

I have created a form in Spanish and a usercontrol that is placed on the form in Spanish but when the form displays it shows the
default language form of the usercontrol. Do I need to do something particular to get the form to pick up the matching usercontrol?
Shouldn't it by default pick up the matching language control?

Sorry, it is actually working. It is just that the designer isn't smart enough to display the correct language usercontrol. It shows
correctly when run.
