Display Smart tag at runtime

I want to display smart tag to controls like TextBox, CheckBox, ComboBox and
DateTimePicker at runtime. The Smart tag will display dynamic menu options
in it.
Please note Smart tag should be display at run time not at design time.

Any help is appreciated.
