Interop.DexterLibThe device is not ready.

Hai all,
I have developed one webapplication. In that application i am handled the
image grabbing. It is working well on IIS server. But if I am hosting into
website i got this below mentioned error,

"Interop.Dexter LibThe device is not ready. (Exception from HRESULT:
0x80070015)"

Please, Can any one help me to achieve this error.
