How to check whether a solution is connected to a team foundationserver?

In solution explorer of VSTS2008, if a solution is not connected to
TFS, right click on the solution, there will be a item "Add Solution
to Source Control..." in the pop-up menu. How to check whether a
solution is connected to TFS by c# code?
