How to see refedit control in Visual C# Express

Hi there

I want to include a refedit control on a form I am designing but it
does not appear to be in the available list of controls from the
toolbox. So, I downloaded refedit.dll, put it in the windows\system3 2
folder and registered it using regsvr32 thinking this would solve the
problem

But I still don't see the refedit control available.

Can someone please tell me what else I need to do?
