    .NET 3.5 SP1 Security Change

How do you guys feel about this change to security? Shared drives now run
with full trust. I'm I the only one thinking that this is a terrible idea?

Don't bother posting a comment to the blog, it won't show up.

    It is:
    prio(easy) prio(secure)

I guess MS got too many complaints.

Didn't they just change things so that managed applications have the
      same permissions as native applications?

If so, I don't really see a problem.

Managed code is supposed to overcome the limitations of unmanaged code else
why are we here? It doesn't justify it if it was doable in native. Anyway,
it doesn't seem this is a big problem so I'll keep quiet about this - not
        that I want to.
