Insert textbox's value in datagrid

Hi,
i try to create a windows application with a textbox, button and
datagrid.
i will insert in a datagrid a textbox value by click a button.
i create a datatable and connect it to a datagrid but i don'y now
istruction to insert textbox value in a datatable...
help!
