Graphics presentation

I'm goiing to have some data and i'd like to present it to the
user in a nice form. Recently i learned that i can't rely on
MS Excel being installed on the computer, which means
that i'll need to draw the graphs myself.

Is there a library for such task (MS-written or third party
as long as it's free)? In the worst case i can write one
myself but why reinvent the wheel, i figure...
