VScrollbar smaller then it should be, how ?

How to force VScrollbar in DataGrid, that it looks as if DataTable
contained more Rows then it truly contains, smaller thumb etc. I tried to
force it by Maximum property, but it always is adjusted to the size of
DataTable - VisibleRows back.
