how to restore file deleted by io.file.delete(ss) in asp.net

Hey i just want to know is it possible to restore the files deleted by system.io.file. delete(ss) command.The file are not in recycle bin.Please help me urgent.

You'll have to use a file recovery program and hope it hasn't been overwritten yet.
