How to change url without redirecting a page?

hey my question is::
When I click on menu button it changes only content not redirect the page and also it change url
like if I click on About us page than it will change the content of about us page and i will get the new url like
www.suryatiles.com/aboutus.html. The default url is www.suryatiles.com/index.html. How is it possible in asp.net???
