i have 2 forms form1 & form2..in form1 i am having datagridview & those values i want to save in the other form form2's datagridview..h ow do i do that..?

What do you mean by "save"?
Do you want to save them to a database?
Or do you want to just pass the values from one page to the next?
Or maybe you're talking about having 2 browser windows open and you want the changes in one browser window (displaying form1 say) to be shown in a pop-up child browser window (displaying form2)?
Please provide more details.
