How to read properties of mobile phone connected to usb(Serial port)?

i am doing a project that reads the properties of mobile phone connected to usb (serial port) like device name, id etc..
Basically i want two things
1st Asp.net code to connect any mobile phone
2nd Asp.net code to read properties of mobile phone...

can any one help me?
