how to import data from other sites in your project

i have to implement share market rates in our project how to get that data and how to use the values

I am not sure from which site you want to get data.But usually there must be one webservice or wcf service from the service provider and you have to consume that service in your application.

so how to add that service i.e. web service in my form

As I mentioned before when you want to integrate with another application you should know the services they expose for the client to consume to get data from them.
If you want to integrate with NSE India ,you need to find out the services they expose and the spcifications from them how to consume their service
