what are u trying to accomplish with file handling? because you can handle files in pretty much all programming languages, just a different technique/methods.

I don't know what you mean by "using file handeling" however you should investigate the topic of .NET Interop. Interop stands for Interoperation. Interoperation allows .NET code to use class libraries that were implemented in a unmanaged (non-.net) language.

This process involves a wrapper class that sits between the .NET code and the unmanaged code. It dictates how translation between the .NET code and the unmanaged code should be handled.

An Interop wrapper class is automatically created for you if you include the unmanaged class library into your project. Sometimes this generated Interop wrapper class does not handle things very well. In this case you will have to write your own wrapper class. To do this you should look into the topic of marshalling (marshaling).

So, look up .NET Interop/Interoperation and the topic of Marshalling (marshaling)
