How to Create new image with new design

Hi

1) I have images (.png) with transparen backgrounde,whi ch is draw by my designer suppose name of image is Col1.png

2) I also have few images with fabric design. suppose name is fabric1.jpg/png

3) Now i want to create new image with same design as Col1.png with fabric1.jpg/png design.

4) Any way for doing this with C# coding in asp.net

Please guide me

If I were you I'd use 2 image controls for the 2 images, then use CSS to place one image on top of the other to create a "new image". This will avoid C# graphic manipulation stuff.
