        Here's a decent looking article on image manipulation.

        Here's an article on how the Silverlight Timer Class.

        What you want to do is change the Image SourceProperty to the new image...somethi ng like:

        Code:
        //you won't need the following line because you'll already have the image
        Image image = new Image();
        Uri uri = new Uri("http://bytes.com/images/myImage.png", UriKind.Relative);
        ImageSource img = new System.Windows.Media.Imaging.BitmapImage(uri);
        image.SetValue(Image.SourceProperty, img)

              How do you intend to scroll through the images?
