How to create dynamically li under ui

There are many many ways to solve this problem.
Here are just a 2 ideas off the top of my head (there are many other ways to solve this problem though)

• Take a look at using the ASP.NET Menu Control
• Use the Repeater Control generate a list (<ul>) based on a DataSource that contains the menu items
