If i understand you correctly you need to use web services to achieve this. you will have to contact the administrator of BSE and NSE and stock exchanges if they can provide you with some kind of web service to get the data from their website.

If the websites do not have Web Services that let you use their information then check if they provide RSS feeds.

You need to contact the administrators running those websites to get more information on how to do this.
