About ObjectDataSource

Hii all ,

i havent understand the below statement found in MSDN site .

"When the ObjectDataSourc e control is associated with a data-bound control, such as the GridView control, it is not necessary to call the Delete method from page code. The Delete method is invoked directly by the data-bound control instead. "

Can somebody explains this .

Could you please tell me , how can i delete a row from the gridview which is using an objectdatasourc e as datasource.

I've added one template coloumn to the gridview and added a delete link button, in that tempalate coloumn ,with commandname="De lete" .

Now tell me how can i proceed further..

Well, you can automatically delete a row or you could implement a method that handles RowDeleting Event...
