GridView formating missing .net v2.0.50727_X86

If you are missing percentage formats or date formats make sure that the
.NET Runtime Optimization Service v2.0.50727_X86 is running on your server.

This when turned off, will affect gridview formats ! Bummer.

Be on the lookout.
