Logon for a non database application

I am using Crystal report to display contents of an HTML file. But my application asks for logon information even when I am not using any database.
I tried a lot of options but could not figure out.Kindly help !!

Could be your web server using Forms or Basic authentication. Check to see if IIS is configured properly.

Have you enabled anonymouse access to your website in IIS settings??

I am not using IIS. It's just the ASP.NET development server.

Please check Crystal Report settings
