How can i make my background blur like vista?

I want to show a popup which i`v done with....but can the background be blured like vista? like the text gets blured coming behind etc?

Sounds like you need to use client side script, probably CSS. Ajax toolkit may have something that works.

I'm not sure what you are asking...

Are you saying that you want the browser window to look like the "glass" windows in Vista? I don't think that's possible.
