FxCop Custom Rules Implementation

I have implemented Custom Rules in Fx Cop 1.35 for checking of naming
conventions
The purpose of this Custom rule to check for code correctness in
terms of following the naming convention standard for the variables
defined in the project.

These variables are for type and control as well.
