I am interested to embed P2P video streaming (e-learning project). I
came across OliveLink at http://www.olivelink.com which apparently
supports broadcasting from client to client w/o requiring an
intermediate media server. The SW consists of two applications: the
projector and the viewer. The app requires .NET 1.0 and higher.
Unfortunately, the projector can't be downloaded. Also, the site's
blog also appears to have stayed inactive since 2005. Does anyone know
about this application and its whereabouts? I was able to google for
some threads, but they appear quite old. Has it been discontinued
because of legal/technical issues? Is something out there comparable
to OliveLink that would also be .NET compatible? I don't want to be
tied to a hosting subscription policy and would be happy to pay for
shareware SW, if it proves reliable and user friendly (most seem
crappy). TIA for any pointers.
