TabContainer in UpdatePanel is not behaving correctly on .Net 3.5

I just upgraded .net 2.0 Ajax application to .NET Framework 3.5 and AJAX 3.5
on VS 2008, I have aspx page where TabContainer, autopostback is set to true,
placed inside UpdatePanel. On IE and FireFox the screen flicker on post back
when moving from one tab to another one. It used to be working fine with .Net
Framework 2.0 and AjaxtoolKit 1.0.

Is the anyway I can fix that?
