crystal reports deployment

Hi,

i'm new to the crystal reports. i have few questions,

1. is it enough to install "CRRedist2005_x 86.msi" on web server to deploy
crystal reports ? do i need to buy additional licenced copy or something
else ?
2. if i need to licenced version of crystal reports, which package should i
buy ? (for deploying crystal reports on to web servers)
