Application pool on server crashing

I have asp pages hosted on a windows server and our application pool keeps crashing the site. i have been told this is usually due to script errors or looping in the script.

I have checked through the site and all looks good to me but was just wondering if someone could spend a few minutes looking at my script to see if anything stands out as incorrect.

Have you checked the Windows Event Logs on the server?

i have no idea of what or how to do anything on the server????

This was what i was told by the hosting company about code etc but i dont think there is anything wrong with my code.

I was asking because the errors in the Windows Event logs can tell you things about what is causing the problem.

The only thing i can find in the log that relates to the application pool in question is this

A worker process with process id of '4128' serving application pool 'yaketyyak.co.u k' has requested a recycle because the worker process reached its allowed processing time limit.

i get quite a few of these throughout the day, but nothing else.

am i looking in the right place
