moving beween two iframes

Hi all,
I'm using two i frames in my index page..One iframe for all the contents in the website...anoth er iframe for login page which contains login information and link for registration page...if i click Reservation link in the login iframe the reservation page should be displayed in another iframe(contents )...Please help me
