Barcode Reading Script !!!

Hi to everyone.
I have problem with barcodes...
I make "localhost" web platform for Pocket PC (actually for Symbol MC70), for saving data from web form to access database.
I have installed localhost application for reading ASP and JSCRIPT.
I'm not sure HOW TO ENABLE scanner with ASP, or another, script..., and after scanning the barcode automaticly write to text field in from.

I've seen this question come up every once in a while, but I've never seen an answer. Why do you want to do this through a ASP? Surely this type of app isn't normally done as a web app.

I know VBasic 30%, and i know web ASP, JScript ... 90%.
So for some of that reason I must work in web scripts.

what du you think, - I can do this or not.
Or its time to work now in vbasic ... :(
