Have you actually written any code or are you looking for people who have worked on an Electronic Health Reporting application?
If you are wanting some kind of scheduling system using ASP or ASP.NET then tell us and we'll give you some useful links to resources and code downloads, but until you've had a go at coding yourself and you can demonstrate to the forum what problems you are having, we can't help you much.

I Really need code for scheduling which can show the appointments for Physician without refreshing the page. i, e When i click on the row of scheduler the page is getting refreshed. I want it with out refreshing.

As I asked previously, have you written any code yourself?
If you have, then post it and we can suggest alterations to help you.
If you haven't, then please go and research Javascript, AJAX, and either PHP or ASP as you are asking for code that is very specific to your requirement, not generic that can be downloaded from any sites on the Net.
