problem regarding .htsccesses file redirectry in apache web server

when in .htaccesses the redirectory "off" the subdomain page displaying properly, if redirectory is "on" then it goes to centOS testing page.
please any one give me the solution for this problem.

I think its getting redirected because of settings in the main httpd.conf

But this is a guess based on the limited info you gave.
