Configure tomcat six as a load Balancer

Hi All,

I have a question related to Tomcat 6 load Balancing feature:

Can anyone help me how one tomcat instance can be configured to act as a load balancer for 2 tomcat workers.

The server.xml defines few parameters but i am not able to achieve it.
If someone has tried some hands on it, Kindly help me.
