how to add multiple recode in one data entry

HI i am ajitvyas . i am using ms access 2019 . i am preparing for data entry programe in access for my business(small)
my data entry has following head ( bill no. party name , name of item qty in bag weght and amount) ,Now one pary brings more them one item at the sametime for exmample in the same bill

bill no.  partyname  item  qtyin bag  weight   rate (20kgs)  buyer name
    1           xyx  onion    40      7425 kg   425          vry pvt.ltd
                     chna     10       825 kg   825          srz  firm

so each party as state above bring more then one item and buyer of each itme is different .

so my question is that how can I solve this problem in access by vba
if anybody wants, to see the work created by me ple.send me mail id and i will send details

Hi Ajit.

As far as I can tell from your question, it seems to be about how you manage storing of your data. If you have multiple items then you need to store certain details at one level (One table.) and other details at another level (Other table). A bit like a table for Orders and a separate one for Order Lines. Further tables are required for other entities such as Customers/Clients and maybe even Suppliers. Have a look at Database Normalisation and Table Structures for a more in-depth discussion of how to store information in a database so that it works best for you.

As you may have read in the other forum, this is a design issue. You need several tables and a main and subform. There's no point in asking a question again if you already got the answer.
