I am preparing the resume database which will be handle by the recruiter. I have the Maintbl of Position No / Position Name / Quarter / Date of Advertisement / Interview Date / Candidate Name / Offer Date and the Vacancy Status.
Vacancy Status is the drop down menu and there is an option to select the recruiter as, Candidate Selected / Hold or Rejected.
I just would like to do, if the recruiter will select once Rejected option then I need access should copy automatic the field in the last row in continues access form and the filed should automatically copy the field from Position No / Position Name / Quarter in the last row in continues access form to advertise same vacancy again for the other candidate.
