Problem while using form in switchboard manager

i create a form in access2010 with some commands button in it, when i click on button it opens a report..
but when i include this form to switchboard manager, although it open the report but dont stay on report page but goes on switchboard page

May anyone help me please!!

Is the report still open when the view switches back to the switchboard?

Is the calling form still open?

Most likely it's your VBA that is causing the change in view if you care to post it (please format the posted script using the [CODE/] formatting tool.) we can take a look.
